報名流程

• 支付報名費：信用咭 ；
• 填妥此表格；
• 請自行下載本會提供的徵文表格書寫 ；

• 報名後，請留意電子郵箱將會有確認電郵通知（如未收到請查看傳宣/垃圾郵箱）；

*參賽者可同時參加中文及英文組

*所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。
