Terms and Conditions for Vendor Agreement Application

By completing and submitting this application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Liability Waiver:

Divine Wellness Partners, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages, theft, injuries, accidents, or losses to property or persons occurring during the event or through any online platform associated with this event.

2. Payment Policy:

• All fees paid to Divine Wellness Partners, LLC for participation in this event are final and non-refundable.

• Vendors who do not remit full payment by the specified deadline may forfeit their spot at the event.

3. Event Cancellation and Credit Policy:

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation of the event by the organizer or the vendor, any fees paid will be credited towards a future event hosted by Divine Wellness Partners, LLC within 364 days from the originally scheduled event date.

• Vendors who cancel participation less than 72 business hours prior to the event forfeit any eligibility for a credit.

4. Compliance:

• All vendors must adhere to event guidelines and timelines provided by Divine Wellness Partners, LLC

• Vendors must ensure their setup does not pose any safety hazards and complies with local, state, and venue regulations.

5. Event Day Requirements:

• Vendors are required to set up and tear down their booth/table within the time frame provided by the organizer.

• Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor toward event participants, organizers, and other vendors.

6. No Exclusivity:

• Divine Wellness Partners, LLC does not guarantee exclusivity for any vendor category or product type unless explicitly stated in writing.
