This form is for anyone who has already had a service done at Electric Collective Hair Lab but it has been over a year. This will give us all the information we need to get you booked for a visit! After you submit your form you will be contacted within 72 hours. You will be given a price quote if an in person consultation is not required. For some services a deposit will be need to be collected before booking! Talk to you soon!
