FAQ – Japanese TCG PREORDER (Wave 1 - 2025)
What is this form for?
This form collects pre-orders from our customers, allowing us to offer better prices and potentially secure better deals with our supplier.
When will I be contacted about prices and payment?
We will start contacting customers regarding prices and product availability from January 30, 2025.
When do I need to pay?
You will need to pay between 30% and 100% upfront. Once the products arrive, they will be shipped to their respective owners.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel before we place the order with our supplier, you will receive a 100% refund. However, if the order has already been placed, 30% of the payment will be non-refundable.
When will my order arrive?
If everything goes as planned, your order should arrive in the 3nd or 4rd week of February 2025.
Do I qualify for the giveaway if I participate in this pre-order?
Yes! Everyone who places an order during this pre-order will be eligible to win a Pokémon or One Piece booster box, as well as random booster packs.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to every part of the world, with a special focus on the Eurozone.
Will I receive tracking information when my order ships?
Yes, tracking details will be sent via email or whatsApp.

If this first wave goes well, we will definitely have more pre-orders in the future.
