  • 2025 Membership Packet

    MRSC membership is required for all exhibitors to show and be eligible for year-end awards in addition to anyone who would like to have voting eligibility on club matters.

  • 2025 Membership Types

    • $30 Youth Membership is for a single youth, 18 and under, to be eligible to show with MRSC, but will have no voting privileges.
    • $40 Individual Membership is for a single individual, 19 and over, to be eligible to show with MRSC and has 1 vote.
    • $55 Family Membership is for 3 family members (1 adult/2 youth or 2 adults/1 youth) to be eligible to show with MRSC, and may have up to 2 votes. Families that have more than 3 combined family members, will need to add additional family members at $20 each.

    Date of birth is required for all riders. Complete each section for each rider included in this membership.

  • Beginner Affidavit

    MRSC Beginner Rules: Beginner –Rider of any age who meets the criteria as outlined in the Beginner Affidavit Form. Then, once approved, adults may ride in this division for one show season, and youth may ride in this division for two show seasons. Once the Year End Beginner High Point or Reserve High Point has been won, rider is no longer eligible to ride in the Beginner Division. Cross entry into age appropriate divisions – Small Fry 12 & Under Walk Trot, 18 & Under Walk Trot Division, 19 & Over Adult Walk Trot Division, Select 50 & Over, or Adult Division will be allowed. Completed Beginner Affidavit to be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Special consideration will be given to those with disabilities. Excludes crossing into Leadline and Walk Any Leadline/Walk/Halter show participation does not apply toward Beginner Eligibility. Affidavit must be completed and submitted with the membership form. Your responses to the below statements will determine eligibility to participate in the MRSC beginner division.

  • Waiver and Photo Release of Liability

  • In consideration of being allowed to participate in Mid Rivers Saddle Club and Mid Rivers Youth Club, any related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates and willing agrees:

    I do hereby give Mid Rivers Saddle Club, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use my name or may child(ren)'s name, picture, portrait, image, video or photograph in all form and media (i.e. club website/club facebook) and in all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication (show results posting/point book) or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, which may be created in connection therewith. I release Mid Rivers Saddle Club, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives from any liability as a result of the foregoing.

    Note: Any individual who appears in a photo/video (or whose minor child(ren) appear in a photo/video) that has been posted online by MRSC or its club appointed Photographer may request that it be removed for any reason, even if prior permission had been granted, by sending a written notification to the MRSC board (info@midriverssaddleclub.com) and it will promptly be removed from the website or other display that is in the control of MRSC.

  • Year-End Nominations

    Complete this section if you plan to seek year-end awards. A nomination is required for each division. Use the table below to identify divisions each rider will pay the nomination fee to seek year-end awards. The Nomination fee is $60 per non-ranch division. The nomination fee for leadline is $20 and walk is $40. The nomination fee is $40 for each ranch division. If you are not nominating a horse/rider for year-end awards, please skip this page.

  • Ranch Year-End Awards

    This year we are offering a year-end award in 4 ranch divisions: youth and adult ranch walk trot (ranch WT) and youth and adult ranch walk, trot, lope (ranch WTL). The nomination for each ranch division is $40. If you are interested in participating in the ranch year-end awards, complete the table below. Ranch year-end awards are separate from the regular division year-end awards. If you are not nominating a horse/rider for ranch year-end awards, please skip this page.

  • Select the appropriate memberships and year-end nominations indicated in this form. For the nominations, choose the total number of nominations needed in appropriate option(s).

    For example, if you have a rider in leadline, a rider in walk and a rider in beginner, small fry and 18 & Under, you would select 1 leadline, 1 walk, and 3 year-end nominations.

    If a rider is also seeking year-end awards in the ranch divisions, there is a place to add that year-end nomination.

    ALL riders must have a paid membership prior to showing with MRSC. 

    All riders seeking year-end awards must have a paid nomination prior to any point accumulations. Individuals who do not pay nominations prior to showing, will not earn year-end points at that show.
