Somatic Sex Education is about understanding our own bodies, cultivating Self awareness and learning to communicate in an empowered way.Education can involve learning and practicing embodied consent through the work of Dr. Betty Martin, learning conscious communication skills, learning to understand one’s own desire’s and communicate desire, as well as trauma-informed conscious one-way touch sessions. Asked for, conscious one way touch sessions support people in releasing restrictions that inhibit pleasure and our innate aliveness. These sessions can allow dearmouring which can return organic bliss, peace and well-being to the forefront of awareness.

Conscious one-way touch

As a Somatic Sex Educator , I am trained to offer conscious touch that can include genital touch for genital dearmouring. ( I only offer this for vulva owners in the state of Alabama)

This touch is offered only at the request of the student/client, and when deemed appropriate by myself as practitioner.

This touch is only offered after I have worked with the client/student in their own education and learning around boundaries/empowered choice and voice and nervous system regulation.

Asked for conscious touch for genital dearmouring can assist students/clients in developing presence within the body, opening interior awareness, and learning how the body can become more and more alive. I offer experiential learning opportunities that can consciously access profoundly blissful states and armouring release. If conscious touch might be part of your learning experience, please fill in the following information.
