Hoofbeats and Pawprints Rescue (HPR) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal welfare organization that receives homeless pets from Mississippi and Louisiana and works to place them into loving homes. We use foster families to care for animals while they are in the placement process when we are at capacity.
