NOTE TO ALL APPLICANTS:

Only two food vendors for equivalent products being sold will be selected to ensure that each food vendor has an equal opportunity for successful sales. Applications will be reviewed first come first served and vendors will be notified of acceptance. Once accepted, vendor will be required to submit payment within five (5) business days of being notified via a link which will be provided upon notification. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period will require the organization to select the next vendor. Fees for food vendors will be as follows:

10 x 20 Vendor space (no power provided) $150.00
10 x 20 Vendor space (20 amp power provided) $175.00
20 x 30 Vendor space (no power provided) $300.00
20 x 30 Venodr space (20 amp power provided) $350.00
Larger space or power requirements can be requested and fees will be deterine based on need.

By submitting this form, the vendor agrees to the terms outlined in the vendor size selection levels and commits to maintaining their goods and services within the permitted boundaries. The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of like vendors to allow for fairness among all vendors competing in the same provisions of goods and/or services.

All vendors understand that regardless of the turnout of the event, this event is supporting a local charity, therefore, no refunds shall be provided, and the event is a rain or shine event.

Vendor further understands they are responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax to the Georgia Department of Revenue as required. For more information, please visit https://dor.georgia.gov/taxes/sales-use-tax.

Your signature indicates that you have read and agree to the "Waiver of Liability" (below) and the "Rules and Regulations" as provided by Your Hometown Charities, Inc. and the KCBS and SBC in cook information packets and online. Event will be held rain or shine. Entry fees are non-refundable. One portable fire extinguisher with a rating of not less than 2-A: 10-B; C required if any type of ignition source is present at your cook site. Your Hometown Charities, Inc. reserves the right to reject any applications.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT: BY RETURNING THE VENDOR APPLICATION FORM, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF YOUR HOMETOWN CHARITIES, INC. AND THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF WAYCROSS, and rules, guidelines and laws established by Ware County, Georgia, the Kansas City Barbeque Society, and the Southeast BBQ Championship.

WAIVER of LIABILITY: In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Your Hometown Charities, Inc., The Kansas City Barbeque Society, the Southeast BBQ Championship, and the Exchange Club of Waycross and their agents, sponsors, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me at this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Your Hometown Charities, Inc. and their agents, sponsors, successors and assigns to use my photographs, name, likeness, recording, videotapes or any other record of this event for the legitimate purpose.
