  • 2024/2025 Financial Year NSWTA Affiliation Fees:

    Discounted Rate: Paid prior to Round 2 

    Senior: $265.00 per team

    Junior: $150.00 per team

     

    Standard Rate: Paid between Round 2 to Round 4

    Adult: $270.00 per team

    Junior : $155.00 per team

     

    An invoice will be created and sent to the primary contact within two business days of this form been submitted.

  • Affiliate Threshold

  • The threshold benchmark is the number of teams from the previous years corresponding Season 1 or Season 2 competition. The Affiliate would pay the full team fee for each team up to and including their benchmark.

     

    A reduced threshold fee will be charged for each team above the threshold figure.

     

    The Discounted Threshold Rate (teams above the Benchmark) paid prior to Round 2:

    • Senior Teams $185.00 per team
    • Junior Teams $110.00 per team

    Normal Rate - paid from Round 2 to Round 4.

    • Senior Team $195.00 per team
    • Junior Team $120.00 per team

    NSW Office of Sport - Constitution and Rules

  • NSWTA/TFA Regulations and Codes should be adopted by an Affiliate by resolution at a committee meeting. 

     

    It is recommended, a resolution is passed annually to reaffirm the application of the policies at the first committee meeting following the affiliates’ Annual General Meeting by the incoming committee.

     

    a)      Under section 13 of the NSWTA Constitution and rule 19(b) of the TFA Constitution all Members of TFA are subject to, and submit unreservedly to the jurisdiction, procedures, penalties and appeal mechanisms of TFA.

     

    b)      Under sections 23 and 32 of the NSWTA Constitution and rule 73 of the TFA  Constitution, the Board may make Regulations for the proper advancement, managent and administration of NSWTA/TFA, the advancement of the Objects and the sport of Touch Football.

  • 1. Affiliation fees must be paid to NSWTA within two (2) weeks of the commencement of a competition.

    a.) Affiliates that make payment prior to the Round 2 of their competition will receive a discount of $5 per team.
    b.) Affiliates that make payment after the commencement of Round 2 their competitions and prior to round 4 will pay the full price.

    2. Minimum length of competition is seven (7) weeks.

    3. All invoices payable to NSWTA must be paid in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.
