    • Cancellation Policy: The group rate requires a minimum occupancy. If we don't qualify for the group discount the rate will be increased and we will contact you.  

      Cancellation requests must be received by March 20, 2025 to receive a partial refund. The non-refundable cancellation fee is the 1st night rate + PayPal fees. Requests must be sent to Events.GLAAC@gmail.com on or before March 20, 2025. The Rally fee is fully refundable.
