Affordable Housing Project of the Year 2025

Use the criteria below to write your submission. We haven’t provided a maximum word count, but your submission will be marked against quality rather than quantity. We strongly advise that you supply supporting images and or documents with your submission but limit your overall submission to 2mb.

For this category the judges are looking for affordable housing schemes located in the North West.

Entrants should submit examples of projects which demonstrate how they have worked in their communities to deliver great outcomes for residents and addressed a local need.

The scheme must be completed or at practical completion to be considered.

Give an overview of your housing development including the number of units available, prices, the tenure (social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership etc) your target market etc.

What makes this project innovative, attuned to the appropriate market and sets it apart from the competition?

Provide details of the facilities that are designed specifically for your target market and any key features.

Please explain how social value was delivered through the project, and how these deliverables were relevant and a benefit to the end user and the local community.
