Fees for a two-year EUCAS membership:
- Full membership: 75€
- Junior membership: 50€
Registration to the Conference is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only). Payment can be performed by credit card or bank transfer.

*Master's and PhD students. Proof of Enrollment is required during registration: please upload a recent document that verifies your student status (e.g., a student ID, enrollment letter, etc.). This document should display your name, the institution you are enrolled in, and the current academic term.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your conference registration prior to April 7, 2025, a 50 % cancellation fee will be retained from your payment and the difference refunded to you in the form of your original payment. No cancellation requests will be accepted after April 7, 2025. To request a cancellation, please contact the Secretariat by e-mail: marta.daffara@pragmacongressi.it
If someone is unable to attend, they can transfer their payment to a colleague who will replace them. Should that be the case, please, inform the Secretariat (marta.daffara@pragmacongressi.it) as soon as possible.
INVOICE
Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.)
