By signing this agreement, I certify that I have provided a copy of the Governing Documents to the tenant, and I understand that I am responsible for the compliance of the tenant, their family members, cohabitants, and guests/visitors to obey the rules of the Association. I understand that noncompliance with the rules will result in a Notice of Violation and potential fine applied to my Unit Owner’s Account. I have reviewed the Rules and Regulations and Fee Structure for Noncompliance.
