**Important Information**
All vendors are responsible for sourcing their own gazebo(s), table(s) and chair(s) on the day.

Electricity will not be provided, so any vendor requiring electricity will be responsible for providing their own generator on the day.

There is no WiFi available at the site, vendors will need to use their mobile network to access the internet for cashless payments.

Vendors will have access to the site from 10am on the day to set up and will be able to drive to their designated pitch to unload. Once unloaded vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by the tennis courts.

Data Protection
We do not pass your details on to any third party organisations. Your details are stored and used by the Wrecclesham Village Fete Committee to contact you in regards to the event.
