Only Challenger 3 tournaments may play two rounds in one day.
Challenger 6 and above may only play one round per day.
Challenger 3 & 6 territory and regional events have the option of a 16 draw.
Challenger 9 regional events must be a 24 draw.
World Events can have split rounds which must be requested.
PSA require all tournaments have a qualified first aider on-site at all times. It is also mandatory for an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) to be available. If the venue does not have one, you will need to rent or borrow one.
Tournament courts should adhere to the World Squash Federation Specification for Squash Courts to ensure they are befitting of professional squash.
New PSA Squash Tour tournaments must complete the PSA Court Floor Test and upload the picture below to ensure that the court floor is safe for professional squash.

If you do not have a hotel bonus, we still require promoters to provide the name and address of the best local recommended hotel, cost per B&B for this and directions to the club from this hotel.
You have chosen a hotel bonus. To qualify for this, you must provide hotel accommodation for ALL players from the night before the round in which the player is scheduled to play commences, until two nights after the player loses. The hotel must have a minimum 3* rating with players accommodated on a B&B basis. Single rooms are recommended but not mandatory.
You have requested a billeting bonus. To qualify for this, you must provide accommodation for ALL players with private hosts (billets) from the night before the round in which the player is scheduled to play commences, until two nights after the player loses. Players must have their own room with access to a bathroom and one meal provided per day.
You have chosen to provide hotel accommodation for ALL players from the night before the round in which the player is scheduled to play commences, until two nights after the player loses. The hotel must have a minimum 4* rating on a B&B basis.
You have requested the per diem payments option to cover players' accommodation costs. PSA will calculate the amount owed based on your hotel room rate and room nights required. This payment will be due to PSA along with the prize money.
For a function to be mandatory, PSA must receive full details including date, time and venue before the tournament closes for entries. Functions with incomplete details or sent after closing cannot be mandatory for players.
All World events must pay via Convera (formerly Western Union)
All Challenger events receiving grant scheme funding must pay via Convera.
Where local tax is payable, the PSA will require an official government tax certificate to provide PSA players. Please upload this here if available. Failure to provide this will mean PSA require payment of the full prize money.
Due to tax laws, tournaments in the United States are not permitted to pay cash on-site. All Challenger and World events staged in the United States will pay their prize money directly to PSA, which will be disctributed to players via Convera.
PSA will charge a tax processing fee for this service to events based on their level. Only one tax processing fee will be issued on every US prize money invoice (even if there are two draws).
The amount should be one of the following:Challenger 3 – 6: $250 USDChallenger 9 - 15: $500 USDWorld Copper, Bronze & Silver: $750 USDWorld Gold, Platinum & Diamond: $1,000 USD
The promoter shall provide public liability insurance of at least $1 million USD unless otherwise agreed in writing with PSA. Players will be notified of tournaments that fail to supply such documentation which may affect your entries.
It is recommended that all tournaments use WSO referees. WSO referees are mandatory for all World events. All WSO referee allocations must be discussed with the WSO Coordinator

The Dunlop Pro Squash Ball is the ‘Official Ball of the PSA’ and is mandatory for all PSA Squash Tour tournaments. All PSA Squash Tour tournaments will be sent complimentary balls and tin stickers. Tin stickers must be on all courts and affixed according to the PSA Branding Guidelines.
PSA's registration fees are all calculated in dollars (USD).
All tournaments must pay a player contribution fee at the time of registration. This is then deducted from the amount payable to the players as prize money. Player prize money will be shown on your tournament breakdown.

PSA offer a number of discounts, including substantial discounts for multi-year agreements with tournaments and tournaments which offer parity for men and women. Discounts are available on registration fees only and do not apply to the player contribution. More than one discount may be used at once.
PSA reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. The promoter is bound by such revisions and should therefore periodically visit the promoter resource area to review the current terms and conditions, and continued use after such revisions constitutes acceptance of this agreement as modified by such revisions.
