Are there any specific poses you want to capture? Please note, you may list your pose requests but they are not guaranteed. I retain final creative freedom for posing and editing of the images for delivery but will take into consideration specific pose requests if it aligns with my style.* This field is required.

All sessions come with the set number of hand-edited digital images specified in the session and in a contract. No print products are provided as part of the session. Additional images are available for purchase and are not included in the price above the set number of images. Do you understand* This field is required.

Session time starts precisely at the designated booking time. The entire time may not be necessary to capture the images you need. Arriving late will reduce your total time by the amount of time you are late. The session will not be extended if you are late. If you show up past your time or you do not show, your retainer fee will not be refundable as it was the fee to hold your date and time you selected.* This field is required.

I understand I am only bringing the people who are part of the photoshoot and cannot bring additional people including children who are not part of the set. This is for space and liability reasons.* This field is required.

I understand I cannot take any pictures while in the studio. This is because Tara teaches classes and behind the scenes images and gear are exclusive for her enrolled students.* This field is required.

If you book, you will be unable to cancel or reschedule for any reason. This is because Tara Mapes has extremely limited public sessions annually and your booking removes the date and time you select from available options for others. Part of your payment is a retainer fee of $250 to hold the date and for Tara Mapes to not take any bookings from anyone else. You understand if you pay for a session and need to cancel for any reason at all (including work, sickness, weather, traffic etc) that there will be not be any rescheduling opportunities and you will only be refunded the amount paid MINUS a $250 retainer fee as your cancellation or rescheduling causes loss of opportunity for booking.* This field is required.
I understand I cannot reschedule and if I cancel after booking I will NOT receive a full refund. I will receive a refund of the payment made MINUS the $250 retainer fee that was part of my initial payment. I understand and agree to this.

CONTRACT: This is a binding contract between you (CLIENT) and Tara Mapes (PHOTOGRAPHER). CLIENT has read and agree with the terms outlined in the above questions. CLIENT understands part of this booking includes a non-refundable $250 retainer fee used to secure the booking date and that is not refunded for any reason. This contract is governed by the laws of Indiana. This contract is for services and digital products related to this photography shoot. PHOTOGRAPHER will provide UP TO a 30 minute session for four people and will provide 5 fully edited files in line with her portfolio. The price includes four people, additional people are $50 each. CLIENT has reviewed the work of the PHOTOGRAPHER online and has a reasonable expectation that PHOTOGRAPHER will perform, edit and deliver the images in a similar editing style otherwise specified in this Agreement. No special editing or re-editing is offered. PHOTOGRAPHER does not offer manipulation of body/clothing as part of standard editing. Retouch requests outside standard editing will be an additional charge of $25-$50 per image. Dissatisfaction with PHOTOGRAPHER’s final edits are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned. CLIENT understands and agrees that proofs are the exclusive property of PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT has no right to these photos except for a license to review them, but not store the proofs, screenshot or share them. All photos delivered to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT’S personal use only. Photos may not be used in magazines, exhibits, commercially or in any other capacity. PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT agree that PHOTOGRAPHER is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the SHOOT nor can PHOTOGRAPHER create images to accommodate every printable size photo or wall art. Some cropping may occur depending on printing size selection. CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PHOTOGRAPHER for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss. CLIENT understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot 30 (thirty) days after the photos have been delivered to CLIENT. CLIENT agrees to hold PHOTOGRAPHER harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the CLIENT poses or works with PHOTOGRAPHER. PHOTOGRAPHER will strive to present amazing photos but is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences of CLIENT. NOTE, due to digital editing imperfections that may be viewable when enlarged, photographer cannot guarantee the absence of editing imperfections in larger prints. CLIENT grants PHOTOGRAPHER to share images it is a model release to assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S website or other advertising. PHOTOGRAPHER may license photos containing CLIENT’S likeness to third parties. CLIENT has paid for the number of minutes agreed upon and must arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals will NOT be given additional time. There are no refunds or rescheduling.Sign below
