9th Annual Car & Craft Show Vendor Application

• All applications are subject to approval by the Georgia Lions Camp.
• Vendors may pay by personal check, money order, cash, or online payment.
• Make checks or money orders payable to Georgia Lions Camp, Inc.
• Approved applications will receive confirmation by email once payment has been cleared.
• The confirmation must be presented upon arrival at check-in to receive your space and parking permit.

Entry Fees:

• Food Vendors: $50 per space
• Craft Vendors: $25 per space
• Electricity: Additional $10 per space

Rules and Regulations:

• Setup: Saturday, February 28, 2025, 8 AM to 10 AM
  • All booths must be operational, and vehicles must be parked by 10 AM.
  • Breakdown may not begin before 4 PM.
• Spaces: Each vendor space is 12 ft. X 12 ft.
• Permits/Insurance: Vendors selling food or beverages must provide a copy of the required permits and insurance to GLC before the event.
• Parking and unloading are allowed with a valid parking permit.
• Vendors must provide their own display setup, including tents, tables, extension cords, etc.
• Electricity/Water: Limited, First Register/First-Served availability; vendors must provide extension cords and hoses.
• Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and presentable during and after the event.
• Pets
  • All pets must be up to date on their shots/vaccines.
  • All pets must be declared on the vendor application form.
  • Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet and be under the full control of their owner at all times.
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other vendors or attendees.
  • Aggressive or disruptive behavior from a pet may result in the owner being asked to remove the pet from the event.
  • The Georgia Lions Camp, its staff, and event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or incidents involving my pet during the event.
