Thank you for considering The Casey Jones Music Fest in Water Valley, MS! We're excited to have you as a vendor. The one day festival will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Booths will be setup on Main Street in downtown Water Valley. This is a rain or shine event, so no refunds will be given unless due to extreme circumstances and approved by the Water Valley Main Street Association Board. Booths will be 10x10 spaces for $90.00 ($75.00 early bird special rate ends January 31, 2025), and vendors are expected to be set up and open from 10:00 am-6:00 pm. Vendors will be required to bring all tables, chairs, tent, etc. to operate their space- no equipment will be provided by WVMSA. Electricity will only be provided for vendors who select the option on their application. Electricity fee is an additional $25.00. Vendors may bring generators with a noise level of no more than 65 decibels. Generators must be indicated on application and approved by WVMSA. Casey Jones Music Fest is looking for art, handmade items, local products, and other unique vendors- no MLM booths will be considered.

Booth locations are assigned based on application date and approval, power access needs, type of product, and other considerations. Requests for booth locations can be submitted but not guaranteed.

Vendor selection will be juried - only allowing 2 of each type of vendor as to offer a wider variety of options. Vendors who have art and handmade items will be given priority. Vendors are allowed to offer products at their booth so long as they are NOT beverages or food cooked and prepared on site. Under the terms of the Cottage Food Bill, vendors can sell food as long as it is prepared beforehand in a private residence.

Once your application is submitted and approved, you will be contacted via email by Water Valley Main Street Association, and an invoice will be sent due upon receipt. Your application process is not complete until approved by WVMSA and invoice for vendor fees is paid.

The vendor does hereby and forever discharge Water Valley Main Street Association of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned's property or person while in possession, supervision, or auspices of Water Valley Main Street Association, its agent, representatives, or employees. By selecting "I agree," the vendor indicates that he or she has read and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions. Violation of these conditions or any violations of law will result in the forfeiture of vendor's space and vendor expressly agrees to waive any rights to recourse or to demand a refund to claim damages on such grounds.
