IMPORTANT: Registration closes at 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 26th. After this time, you may still call the office to pay $40+HST to receive a copy of the event recording and all slides shown, when the post-event summary is circulated to all registrants, later in March.
Who should use this form to register:
- a maximum of 1 member of each FOCA Sub-Group (defined here) or FOCA Affiliate Organization (defined here) may attend at the special rate ($70 in-person; $40 by webinar). Additional registrants can attend by webinar only, at the full rate of $70.
NOTES:
Sub-Groups and Affiliate Organizations do NOT vote in the AGM.
If you are a couple or group attending by webinar FROM ONE COMPUTER LOCATION together, pay for only 1 registrant. Important: the Zoom link you will be given cannot be shared with multiple IP addresses, digital devices, or users.
