In-Kind Match Submissions
At least once a year, SVHC asks Hospital partners to provide information on the in-kind donations of services, goods, time, and supplies they provide to the program. We are asking that Hospitals report details on this form for July 1, 2025-June 30,2026. Please contact Mary Kathryn Alley, Regional Healthcare Coordinator, for any questions. Here are some examples.
