IMPORTANT: Registration closes at 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 26th. After this time, you may still call the office to pay $40+HST to receive a copy of the event recording and all slides shown, when the post-event summary is circulated to all registrants, later in March.
Who should use this form to register:
- members of FOCA Member Associations (not sure? check here first), at the member rate. A maximum of 2 people per Member Association can attend in-person; additional registrants can attend by webinar.
NOTES:
One representative of each Member Association in good standing will hold a vote card for the AGM; priority defaults to an in-person attendee.
If you are a couple or group attending by webinar FROM ONE COMPUTER LOCATION together, pay for only 1 registrant. Important: the Zoom link you will be given cannot be shared with multiple IP addresses, digital devices, or users.
