I affirm that all the information provided on this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I hereby grant Best Academy permission to utilize my child's photograph publicly for promotional purposes related to the institution. I understand that these images may be utilized in print and online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. Furthermore, I acknowledge that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall be payable to me due to such usage.
Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration is permitted until 06/01/24. Refunds will be issued, excluding the $45.00 registration processing fee and 3% of the credit card bill amount if paid by credit card. Cancellation after 06/01/24 will result in a 50% tuition refund, with no refunds granted after the start of the class. No refund or credit will be given for missed days due to natural disasters, including power outages, or personal reasons such as vacation or illness. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Additionally, there is a $25 return check fee, $20 declined credit card fee, and $40 ACH rejection fee.
Camera Policy for Online Students
All students attending our online classes are required to keep their cameras on throughout the entire class duration, as per our school policy.
