    EXHIBITOR BOOTH SUSTAINABILITY ASSESSMENT SURVEY

  • Prioritizing sustainability is critical to the FEI team, as we understand the environmental impact of the events industry. FEI strives to identify, understand and address these impacts to achieve continual improvement year after year.

     

    We'll ask you about things like lighting, materials, flooring, for your booth in Boston with the goal of helping you ascertain changes you can make to reduce your impact on the environment both at FEI and ideally at all other shows you’re exhibiting in. This survey will take approximately five minutes.

  • SECTION 1 OF 5: STAND STRUCTURE AND WALLS

  • The structure/framework of your booth including walls and panels are entirely re-usable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*

  • SECTION 2 OF 5: PLATFORM/RAISED FLOORING

  • The structure of your flooring (excluding surface covering e.g. carpet, lino, floor tiles) is re-usable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*

  • SECTION 3 OF 5: FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

  • All Furniture (e.g. chairs, counters, tables, cabinets, sofas, flyer stands) and Equipment (e.g. TV, AV equipment) will be re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*

  • SECTION 4 OF 5: LIGHTING

  • All kinds of lighting within and on your booth is re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*

  • SECTION 4 OF 5: OVERHEAD STRUCTURES

  • Overhead signage or branding on your booth is re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*
  • Any rigged structure including lighting gantries is re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*
  • Any form of ceiling (e.g. fabric ceiling, solid ceiling for lights or stand support) in the booth will be re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*

  • SECTION 5 OF 5: BOOTH DECOR

  • Built-in or Detachable product display cabinets in the booth will be re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*
  • Flooring (e.g. carpeting, floor tiling, HDF coverings) will be re-useable and will not be put in the garbage and sent to landfill after FEI?*
