The goal is to help you on the path to finding the perfect home and is ideal for families interested in buying a home, but not sure where to start.

Week Two - Path to Homeownership

Learn the difference between buying vs. renting, understand the meaning of a mortgage, how to obtain a mortgage, different mortgage types, the closing, and how to protect your home from foreclosure.
