Baby's First Moves

4 class series on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM

Come explore unrestricted floor time and fluid movement to set you and your baby up for being in rhythm with one another.

Floor time play and how we move and hold our baby will be explored to support development of posture, motor skills, visual motor skills, self-regulation and healthy digestion. Classes are led by Laurie Appel, OTR/L, Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
