    Senior Passengers or any on board specially puppies:  We want to provide the BEST care for those on board.  When we transport passengers there is a chance they may get nervous, ill, or show signs of lethargy.  We will call you and then take them to the nearest vet if needed.  WE have your cooperation & approval if this is the case.  Select this option that you agree & understand.  
  • USDA Required Health Certificates accepted

    All on Board must have a USDA approved Health Certificate from a vet that is registered with them to provide US Health Certificates.   We will accept the computer or the 3 page handwriten (pink, white, yellow only)
  • Transport Property Damage Policy

    If a passenger damages a crate due to not being CRATE TRAINED and us not knowing, then the rescue promises to replace what was damaged
  • Aggressive Passenger Policy

    All Passengers on board must be friendly. Our drivers are there to do a job of transporting. If a passenger is feral or not friendly, then we put our drivers at risk. This type of passenger is not transport ready. Please be good to our drivers and not book those until they are ready to be handled.
  • Payment Policy

    We will invoice you right away. Payment is expected no more than 24hrs from receiving the invoice. If your invoice is received and not paid in 24hrs this will be a request to book and NOT a confirmed booking. We will release the request in 48hours. We need to secure spots and gas contribution via your invoice. Remember we are not a transport company. We are a rescue that offers transport. When we have credits then SBR covers the gas for that passenger. Giving you credit later still leaves SBR paying. Please only BOOK when you are 100% this passenger is traveling. A cancelation that comes in 24hr before we take off will not be a credit
