  • Parking at Pleasurewood Hills

    Please ensure group leaders and staff are familiar with our parking terms.
  • Pleasurewood Hills operates paid for parking, managed by an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) operated by Smart Parking.

    We offer complimentary parking for coaches and mini buses. However, these plates MUST be registered at reception. Failure to enter a number plate can lead to a Parking Charge Notice being issued. If a vehicle is dropping off, leaving the premise and returning, registering the number plate would be required for each visit.

    There is a drop off/collection time allowance of 10 minutes before payment or registration is required. The responsibility of registering the number plates is that of the schools and the coach providers. Pleasurewood Hills will not be held liable for any parking charges issued.

    In the event parents wish to drop off or collect their children, the same drop off/collection allowance of 10 minutes applies.

    It is the school's responsibility to inform parents of this, should they wish to drop off an dcollect their children. Pleasurewood Hills will not be held liable for any parking charges issued.

  • School Uniform and Identification

  • Pleasurewood Hills have introduced a new rule snce 2025 that school attendees must be recognisable at all times. This is for safety and security, so should we need to identify the schoool's emergency contact, this can be done with ease.

    School students MUST either wear;

    • School uniform shirt
    • School PE shirt
    • A wristband or snap landyard that is worn at all times

    Upon confirmation of the booking, Pleasurewood Hills will issue a contact form which will request various details, including the uniform. We ask that these details are provided no less than 72 hours prior to your visit.

  • Code of Conduct

    Expectations of behaviour on school visits.
  • At Pleasurewood Hills we have a zero tolerance stance on any kind of anti-social behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to;

    • Use of violence or threats of violence
    • Use of foul and abusive language
    • Use of any language or behvaiour deemed offensive including anything deemed racist, sexist or homophobic
    • Damage to park property or property of another guest
    • Spitting (from rides or on the grounds)

    This is a non-exhaustive list. We appreciate schools' co-operation to ensure all guests can enjoy a fun and safe day out, and request that they have a designated point of contact on park and that staff regularly walk the grounds to ensure their pupils are behaving. We encourage groups of high school students and academies to be no more than groups of 5. Any damage to park property will be the responsibility of the individual and the school they represent.

    Anyone found to be in breach of the above would be required to leave the park, to be either escorted to their coach accompanied by a member of school staff, or to have their parents collect them.
