In this retreat we’ll practice yoga, meditation and calming re-balancing breathing practices as a way to find clarity and joy within the endless transitions throughout our lives.
Whether you're preparing for a big event, feeling a transition taking place or simply desiring more peace and bliss in your everyday life, we're here to give you tools and assist in that process as practitioners.
