Disability Network & The BoomerEm
Disability Network is partnering with The BoomerEm to bring a fresh face to our Tech Empowerment program. We will be hosting sessions to empower people with disabilities in the technical world, teaching participants how to use tech devices, free or low cost applications, computer programs, and internet safety in a safe, supportive, and accessible way. It is our goal to make these learning sessions fun and exciting, offer opportunities to demonstrate and practice your new skills and earn prizes.

Our program offered to any adult with a disability for free, who lives in Michigan, and is designed for people with any level of technology experience. You may choose to participate as often or as few times as you would like, or just choose to participate in the topics you have an interest in.

Participation in tech empowerment raffles and giveaways are limited to those living in Disability Network Northern Michigan's 17 county region. Additionally, participation in the raffles and givaways require a media release authorizing Disabilty Network Northern Michigan and The BoomerEm Inc., to collect and use photos, videos, recordings, and other images and likenesses of you and your winnings for testimony and program compliance reporting. This media may be used on our websites, social media, and reports.
