    The Winter Wellness Fair is an event to gather, spread healing, wellness, and support local businesses. Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary business licenses and permits. This event is donation based, and aids in funding, advertising, and promotion of the event. Suggested donations range from $35 to $50. No amount too small.

    Tables and chairs are provided. Please bring table cloths and any other necessary materials. The event space is small and vendors will have spaces that range to suit specific needs.  Retail / promotional space will provide a table with space to sit.  Wellness spaces will provide a space for your bodywork table / workspace.

    We encourage healers to charge for their services at this event, as well as promote their business.  Many vendors choose to promote services in the price range of $20 for 20 min sessions, with 10 minutes in between.  This is only a suggestion, and vendors can charge / operate however they see fit. Please remember to bring venmo/card readers if you want to accept alternatives to cash.  Square has an app that's easy to set up and accepts tap to pay right on your phone for example.
