    Please be careful when selecting your choice. Make sure the correct month and grade completed is selected.

    All campers must have a birth certificate, up to date shot records, and a health statement (EPK and EPK 3 only.) Please send all updated records to nurse@stjohnsabilene.org or by fax to 325-698-1532. Failure to have these documents on file will result in your camper not being able to attend Camp Eagle until proper documentation is on file. A Birth Certificate, and immunizations are required for all students per SJES policy and the Texas Education Code 25.002(a); 19 TAC 129.1(a)–(b.  and  Texas Administrative Code, Title 25 97.61-97.72

  • St. John’s Episcopal School does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or other school-administered programs. The programs of St. John’s are designed to teach the academically and physically able student. Students are enrolled upon the student’s maintenance of satisfactory marks and a positive and constructive relationship between the School, parent(s), and student.

    This enrollment agreement is for the Summer School Program from June through July. Registration and Application Fees are non-refundable. There will be no reduction in the Summer tuition for withdrawal with the exception of military or job transfers. To apply for proration due to military or job transfers, a proof of transfer must be provided.

    St. John' Episcopal School’s duties and obligations under this contract may be suspended indefinitely without notice during all periods in which SJES is closed due to any force majeure events, including, but not limited to, any earthquake, fire, flooding, act of God, war, governmental action, act of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, state of emergency, or any other event beyond the SJES's control. SJES has developed a contingency instruction plan to deliver remote instruction as soon as is reasonably practicable and safe under the circumstances. If such a force majeure event occurs, SJES's duties and obligations in this contract may be postponed for a period of time until SJES can deliver its contingency course instruction or until such time as SJES, in its sole discretion may safely reopen. In the event SJES is closed for a period of time or must deliver course work remotely due to an event under this clause, I agree that SJES is under no obligation to cancel, waive, or refund, any portion of tuition that is owed or paid to SJES.

    Parent(s)/Guardian(s) agree to pay in full all tuitions and fees as published and charged. Any account that becomes 20 days past due will cause forfeiture of enrollment; all tuition and fees will become due immediately and forwarded to the collection agency with all the associated collection and legal fees charged to the account. FUTURE ENROLLMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

    The student will take part in all school activities, athletics, and field trips unless written notice is given by the parent(s)/guardian(s) to restrict such activity. St. John’s Episcopal School, school employees, school volunteers, and carpool drivers will not be held responsible in case of an emergency, injury, loss, or death.

    Enrollment process is complete when: 

    • The enrollment application form is fully completed and signed by parent(s)/guardian(s)
    • Current immunization records are uploaded or submitted to the school office
    • The application registration fees have been paid.
