PRC Summer Camp Terms and Conditions
1. Dismissal:
Parents understand and agree that their child may be dismissed from camp in the event of behavioral or financial concerns. PRC reserves the right to decide in the best interest of the camp community and the individual child.
If your child is coming in late or leaving early, please be sure to let both the camp director and the counselor know.
2. Weekly Camp Tuition:
Weekly camp tuition for Camp is due the same day of registration.
Failure to submit the tuition payment may result in the student being unable to attend camp for that week. Spots are limited per week.
Payment of the registration fee and tuition for all weeks of camp are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
3. Use of Pictures/Videos
By registering for summer camp PRC, parents/guardians consent to the use of pictures and videos featuring their child participating in camp activities for marketing purposes, including but not limited to, promotional materials, social media posts, and advertisements related to the business.
4. Incidents/Injuries
Parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to waive any claims against the PRC club owners and their affiliates for liability arising from accidents or injuries that may occur on the club premises during any and all activities.
Please read and understand these Terms and Conditions before registering your child for Pontchartrain Racquet Club (PRC) Summer Camp. You acknowledge your acceptance and agreement to abide by these terms by completing the registration process.
5. Meals
Please send campers to camp having already eaten breakfast as we do not provide breakfast.
Lunch – Campers can bring lunch from home or purchase from the concession stand.
Snacks are available for purchase in the afternoon after lunch.
6. Miscellaneous
Campers must arrive in tennis shoes daily. They will be unable to participate in activities in open toe shoes or crocs.
Please label EVERYTHING – towels, swimsuits, clothing, each shoe, floaties, goggles, etc. Rule of thumb: if it’s something that is coming off of your child to get in/out of the pool, label it! We are not responsible for lost items when campers are changing throughout the day.
Cell phones and outside toys should not be brought to camp – including any sort of video games, Squeezy Mates, stuffed animals, etc.
Allergies – Please be sure to speak directly to the camp director if there is an allergy. We will ensure this is diligently monitored. EpiPens should be clearly labeled in a plastic bag and dropped off to the office.
