In order for the sessions to run as smoothly as possible, please read the following.

1. ALL DOGS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PARVO VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
2. Please arrive ten minutes early to ensure your pet has had a chance to familiarise themselves with their surroundings. In some instances if things are running smoothly, we may be ready to photograph earlier, so you will be called on if you are there and ready.
3. There is only one photo per session. If you have two or more pets then please book separate sessions for each. You may have up to two pets in the same photo as long as they are a small breed and it helps if they have great sit and stay skills!
4. To ensure your photo will be a success, it helps if your pet is not overly nervous in busy environments.
5. Where possible, the pet will be briefly offlead for the shoot. Where this is not practical, every effort will be made to remove the lead in post-processing, however full removal cannot be entirely guaranteed and is at the photographer's discretion.
6. You will receive one 5"x7" printed photograph.
7. The photographs must be collected from Pet Essentials New Plymouth, and an email will be sent when they are ready. Unclaimed photos will be discarded by 31 January the following year.
8. The photoshoot may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, by the photographer and liability is limited to a refund to monies paid.
9. Further photographs may be purchased at $10 each and can be ordered at any time up to 9am on 12 December 2025. The high resolution digital file may be purchased for $30 and may be used for printing and sharing for personal use only.
10. A portion of profits will be donated to the We Love Dogs Charitable Trust.

A. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their pets and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

B. Model Release

I hereby give to Antill Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my pet in which he/she may be included with others:

a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that she may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

C. Copyright & Penalty

Antill Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the session. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Antill Photography during the photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
