Vendor Agreement & Terms: ~Set-Up Time: Vendor set-up will begin two (2) hours prior to the start of the event. All vendors must be fully set up and ready for business before the event begins. ~Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain open and operational for the entire duration of the event. If early breakdown is needed, please notify the vendor coordinator. ~Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean during the event and must leave their assigned space clean and free of debris at the conclusion of the event. ~Agreement Confirmation: Please initial below to confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined. ~I understand and acknowledge that Families United Network, LLC, its officers, members, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or claim arising from my participation in this event, including but not limited to damages to my business, products, equipment, staff, or myself.
