  • 5. Lastly, on a scale of 1-10 where would you rate as priority, what you want to achieve? 10 being your top priority, 1 being not a priority?

  • Thanks for providing us with some information about you and your goals. I wanted to give you a quick overview of how we do things here at FITA-U and how we work with our clients.

At FITA-U, we offer a complete fitness solution that covers everything you need to get the best possible results - not just training, but also support with nutrition, lifestyle habits, and recovery. We take a holistic approach to help our clients achieve lasting results.

Most of our clients train with us 2–5 times per week. The frequency, along with ongoing support and accountability, helps people make progress faster and more sustainably.

All of our programs run for a minimum of 3 months, and we have a few options for getting started depending on your goals, availability, motivation, and budget.

Two key things that sets us apart is our group training experience. Firstly, around 80% of our members are over the age of 40, and secondly our small group sessions are capped at just 6–8 people. This allows us to personalise the intensity and movements to where each member is at, so you avoid generic or overly intense exercises, you also won’t find endless burpees here!

For example, someone new to training won’t be squatting with a heavy barbell right away—we’d have them start with box squats or use dumbbells while learning the correct form. That level of individual coaching that we provide in the sessions also carries through to attention we can give outside the gym, esnuring you have the tools, education, and accountability to stay on track.

Many of our clients say the sessions feel like one-on-one coaching, just 5-6 other like-minded people in the session. In fact, people who’ve previously done 1-on-1 PT often tell us they get more coaching in our small group sessions then what did in the past.

We also use an app where members can:

    - Record their results from workouts which is really important when you are looking to increase muscle mass, change your body shape, improve bone density as well as keeping you engaged with your training as you can see the progress you are making.
    - Track how many sessions they can have done
    - Schedule in their sessions
    Session times are:
    - Weekdays: 5:15am, 6:00am, 6:45am, 9:15am, 5:15pm, 6:00pm
    - Saturdays: 7:00am
We also offer Open Gym access outside of those times where you can come in and do your own workout whether it's catching up a session or doing something else.

The group programs range between $70–$100 per week.

*If they ask more about the pricing specific, then say its hard to give one set price on the phone when we haven't met you in person.

    If they enquired about 1-on-1:

If they are enquiring about personal training, then give price below.

    1-on-1 coaching: $140–$160 per session

  • If No then thank them for there time and wish them all the best before ending the call.

If Yes carry on with the below.

Before we move on, I want to share with you that when many of our current clients were making a decision about working with us, they preferred to review the information with their spouse or family member before committing to a program. And frankly, we encourage it because having a good support system at home is important to making a lifetime commitment to your health and fitness goals.

  • Great! The next step is to begin with your 2 x 60-minute 1-on-1 Onboarding Sessions.

In the first session, we’ll go through a pre-exercise screening, complete a movement assessment to see how your body moves and identify any mobility limitations, and run through technique on key exercises like the squat, hinge, bench press, and overhead press.

Then, in the second session, you’ll jump into a full group session with one of our coaches. This session gives us a great opportunity to see how you move in a group environment, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you’re training safely and effectively from the very beginning. Then once we are finished we will help you decide what will be best program/membership going forward, whether its 2,3,4 sessions per week.

This onboarding process is a big point of difference between us and most other group training gyms. It gives us the chance to personalise your training from day one and gives you a strong foundation before joining regular sessions.

It’s also a great way for you to trial us, experience how we work with our clients, and see how we’ll help you reach your goals.

The total cost is $99 for both sessions (normally valued at $279). We can take payment over the phone now and book in your first session today. No card details are stored in our system.

    Ready to get started?

*If they really aren't happy with having the payment collected over the phone and they would like to come into the gym to check out the facilities and have a chat in person, then book them in for a Catch Up At The Gym appointment and it can be paid then, but ideally you want to pay for it before they come in.

Link To Calendar Schedule - Ask if they are more suited to morning or afternoons. Offer 2 different times/days. Which works best for you? Book in the day and time that works (enter name, phone number & email), then click 'Make Payment;, enter in their card details, ask them if they would like a receipt (if yes, tick the box) and then hit 'Pay'.

Well thanks for your time and we'll see you soon.
