Our Active Duty Membership category has experienced unprecedented demand as more military families discover the value and community offered at Whidbey Golf Club.

To preserve the quality of the member experience and ensure reasonable access to tee times, practice facilities, club events, and other member amenities, the number of Active Duty memberships is intentionally limited. This allows us to maintain the level of service and course access our members expect while continuing to honor our commitment to supporting active-duty service members and their families.

Due to the popularity of this membership category and the limited number of spaces available, we have established a waiting list for new applicants. Applications are accepted and processed in the order they are received. As openings become available, applicants will be contacted promptly to confirm their continued interest and ability to activate their membership.

We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of those on our waiting list and are grateful for their service to our country.

Credit card or bank account information will be required for this membership. However, due to the sensitive nature of this form, please provide your payment details in person at the club after acceptance, or by calling 360-675-5490 ext. 1.
Which membership are you requesting?
Family add ons may be turned on and off on a monthly basis. Other than the beginning of your membership, all memberships are month to month and are not pro-rated.

An application fee and a last months deposit will be due once your membership is approved.

Military Membership Single: Application Fee-$50.00+Last Month Deposit $177.00+tax= $237.15

Military Membership Family: Application Fee-$50.00+Last Month Deposit $229.00+tax= $289.15

The next billing date on all memberships will be on the last day of each month. The first month will be pro-rated.

For online applications all fees will be added to your first months bill unless otherwise paid before-hand.
