    Please provide a description of your stand contents/services you will be promoting or the items you will have for sale and any special offers or giveaways you anticipate having.There may be other stallholders wanting to promote, or sell, items similar to your organisation.This information will help guide our decisions regarding which stalls to accept.

  • Shared Trade stands

    Provide details if you are sharing your exhibit with an another exhibitor.  If not known at the time of booking, please advise at least one month prior to the event. An additional fee will apply to cover cost imposed on the Organiser by the venue. 

  • Trade stand Own Set up

    For exhibitors with own marquees, trailers or vans. * If you have an annex/awnings etc this must be taken into account when booking space: Space for horse transport sites may not be available in the powered site area.

    If space allows, it may be possible to locates floats and or smaller trucks in the P4 area.

  • Camping Bookings

  • If you are staying in your van/marquee or wish to camp in the camping area, a camping fee is payable and you must pre-book. 
    If you intend to sleep in your marquee and are using power overnight a fee is payable as we are charged by the venue.
    Competitors have preference for campsites near the stables. Camping for exhibitors available in the North Camp area or P3 truck park area.  Both areas have showers and toilets are access for campers.

    Cost $55 per night.


  • We understand and agree to the exhibitor conditions provided in supporting documentation. 

    Allocation will be at the discretion of the Organing Committee. Sponsors are given preference for premier site locations

  • Invoices will be sent out in March and payment due no later than 1 April.
