1. This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Real Work Lounge Social + Club, operated by Lionshare Corporation, located at 921 W Owens Ave, Ste. 130, Las Vegas, NV 89106, and the undersigned individual (“Member”). By acknowledging this Agreement, the Member agrees to abide by its terms and conditions, as well as any policies set forth by Real Work Lounge.
2. Membership Overview
2.1 Membership Tiers and Benefits: TheReal Work Lounge offers the following membership tiers:
- Basic Membership ($9.99/month): Includes rate discounts, a free merchant account, and JOBPros Free Trial.
- Standard Membership ($49.99/month): Includes all Basic benefits, product discounts, and invitations to exclusive events.
- Premium Membership ($99.99/month): Includes all Standard benefits, access to a business license, mailbox services, and complimentary beverages.
2.2 Facility Access: Members have access to the following:
Lounge and coworking spaces.
Private offices for focused work.
Meeting/conference rooms.
Retail/event spaces for pop-ups or gatherings.
High-speed internet and printing/scanning services.
2.3 Additional Services and Add-Ons: Members may purchase additional services such as event rentals, printing credits, and business services at discounted rates.
3. Equal Opportunity Policy:Real Work Lounge seeks to enroll and maintain memberships without regard to race, gender, age, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital or domestic partner status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other legally protected category. Members who believe they have been treated unfairly should contactReal Work Lounge management to address their concerns.
4. Club Rules and Member Conduct
4.1 Code of Conduct: Members must maintain a professional and respectful environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:
Disruptive or harassing behavior. Unauthorized solicitation. Activities that violate laws or Real Work Lounge policies.
4.2 Check-In Policy: Members must check in at the front desk for each visit.
4.3 Facility Usage Rules
Clean equipment and spaces after use.
Use lockers for personal items; Real Work Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
4.4 Restricted Activities: Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Illegal activities on Real Work Lounge premises. Unauthorized personal training or coaching. Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances.
4.5 Dress Code Appropriate attire, including footwear, must be worn while using the facilities. Examples include gym shorts, T-shirts, business casual wear, or fitness attire. Bare feet or inappropriate clothing are not permitted in general areas.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
5.1 Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed monthly via credit/debit card or electronic funds transfer (ACH). Fees are subject to periodic adjustments with at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
5.2 Additional Charges Charges for event rentals, cleaning services, and other add-ons are billed separately.
6. Cancellation and Termination
6.1 Member Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Refunds are not provided for unused time or pre-paid dues.
6.2 Termination: Real Work Lounge reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately for:
Non-payment of fees.
Violation of Real Work Lounge policies.
Conduct deemed harmful to Real Work Lounge or its members.
7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
7.1 Assumption of Risk: The Member acknowledges that participation in activities at Real Work Lounge involves inherent risks, including potential injury or property damage, and assumes all risks voluntarily.
7.2 Waiver of Liability: The Member releases Real Work Lounge, Lionshare Corporation, its employees, and agents from liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of Real Work Lounge facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
7.3 Indemnification: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold Real Work Lounge harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from their use of the facilities or conduct on the premises.
8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
8.1 Arbitration Agreement: All disputes, except those involving personal injury or small claims, will be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
8.2 Waiver of Class Action Rights: Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis; class actions are not permitted.
8.3 Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
9. General Provisions
9.1 Amendments: Real Work Lounge reserves the right to amend this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice to Members.
