Before deposit is made, we call you to confirm information that got submitted to confirm which documents we will be filling out and then take deposit.

If Respondent(spouse) is in agreement, we will call respondent and confirm. This will give us both confirmations so that we can fill out proper documents. If later respondent changes their mind and states they are no longer in agreement and they are not going to sign, we will have to file different paperwork and there is a $150 fee.

If we need to visit Respondent somewhere to collect signatures, there will be an additional fee starting at $75. Unless they visit our office, there is no fee.

If Respondent needs to get served with Legal Notice and they ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT, you will need to hire a Sherriff, Constable, Process Server or Clerk. We are not Process Servers, in which you will need to hire one. Cost can range from $75 and Up. Go to Google, type in ''Process Servers Near me" and get quotes.
