Our Independent Contractor (IC) roles are commission‑only sales positions, with earnings paid after your clients complete their travel.

Because many trips are booked months in advance, it can take a considerable amount of time—sometimes a year or more—before commissions begin to be paid consistently.

Steady income in this industry relies on maintaining a strong, consistently active pipeline of clients—something that requires ongoing effort and is never guaranteed.

The idea of “you get out what you put in” truly applies here, as success requires consistent effort to build and sustain a healthy client funnel.
Are you comfortable working within a structure where earnings are delayed? Feel free to share any thoughts or concerns you have about the waiting period for income while growing your business.
Do you enjoy selling, and is it something you feel at ease doing? Please explain your sales experience and your approach to closing sales.
Are you comfortable prospecting and building your own client portfolio? While leads may be provided occasionally, they are not guaranteed. Describe how you plan to leverage your personal and professional networks to generate your own leads.
While the agency may provide some leads as sales opportunities, you will be expected to build your client portfolio primarily through your own trusted circles. Share examples of where you might promote your services as a travel agent within your personal, professional, or community networks.
