  • The Company Board will initially have 4 standing committees: (1) Board Building & Governance, (2) Development, (3) Finance & Human Resources, and (4) Program. Please check all that you would be interesting in joining.
  • Our Board is an exciting and engaged working board! Board members are required to participate in a minimum of four quarterly meetings and one annual face-to-face meeting. Meetings may also be hosted via Teams or Zoom on occasion. Board members are expected to be timely and present at every meeting, with a maximum of two approved absences per year. Between work within and outside of meetings, the hours of commitment typically vary between 3-5 hours per month. Board members are encouraged to actively participate in fundraising efforts and resident activities. Additionally, members are encouraged to give an annual gift to the organization that is personally significant and meaningful. We ask that Board members commit to their role for a minimum of two years. Would you be interested in making this meaningful commitment to our organization?
