Your Rights: You have rights as a client, and these will be reviewed with you.Your Goals: We will talk about the job or career goals you want to achieve.Your Needs: Together we will figure out what you need and what success will look likeThe steps to get there: We will break down your goals into small steps and talk about what you can expect along the way.How we’ll help: We will explain the tools and methods we’ll use to support you and how we’ll check in on your progress.Tracking your progress: We’ll keep track of your progress toward each step.Who does what: We’ll go over your role and how others, like your case manager, will help you.How long it may take: We’ll estimate and talk through how much timeeach step might take.Extra Support: If you need accommodations, we’ll talk about those too.Other Services: We’ll let you know about additional services at Goodwill that might help you.Your Personalized Plan: Together, we’ll create a plan just for you, called your Individualized Service Plan (ISP)/Career Development Plan. This plan is your plan and can be changed at any time as necessary.Keeping you in the loop: We’ll keep you informed along the way.Making Updates: If something needs to change, we’ll work with you to update your plan.Staying on track: We’ll talk about what you’ll need to do to continue participating in the program.
