City of Sun Prairie - Pickleball Tournament Request Form

Wyndham Hills Pickleball Complex
Thank you for your interest in hosting a Pickleball tournament at Wyndham Hills Community Park in Sun Prairie! The complex hosts two major tournaments annually: the Fun Prairie Pickleball Open in June, and the Madtown Pickleball Open in July. Each year, we also accept requests for up to two additional tournaments to be hosted at the complex.

We are now accepting requests through March 15, 2026 to host in May, August, September or October. After the closing deadline, the Sun Prairie Pickleball Advisory Group and City staff will make a decision by April 1 on this year's awardee(s).

NOTE:
Submitting this request form does not guarantee approval of your tournament. After initial approval by April 1, you will need to complete additional steps before receiving final approval. These steps include submitting the Public Event in City Parks application and paying the required court rental fees. Please refrain from advertising your event until you have received official confirmation of final approval from the City of Sun Prairie.
