Funding Options

Please read below and indicate what type of funding you are seeking.
Option 1: Oxford Virtual Academy offers a unique pathway for students that fuses homeschooling with the best parts of traditional education. Our hybrid offering combines online learning with in-person optional learning experiences that are teacher-mentored and parent-facilitated.
Current OVA K-5th Requirements:
-Students must be enrolled in 4 core and 2 electives
-Thirty-six weeks of instructional content and lessons provided
-Combination of online instruction and optional onsite learning experiences (Harbor Homeschool)
-Students are provided with an OVA mentor and certified teacher(s)
-Students must communicate with mentor weekly
-Standardized testing is required (NWEA and M-STEP)
-Mastered/Not-Mastered Grading Scale for K-5

Option 2: Self Pay Families have the option to pay Harbor Hybrid directly for costs. We have families who choose this for a number of reasons.

Due to our overhead expenses, we do not give refunds on tuition if a student drops prior to the end of the semester.

What's Next?

Our admissions team will review each candidate family and evaluate whether Harbor Hybrid would be a good fit. If we need further information, we will reach out with additional questions. You should recieve an email within a month.

Should your child be recommended for Harbor Hybrid, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the enrollment process.

If your child is not recommended for Harbor Hybrid, we will follow up with an email offering suggestions for other programs that may be a good fit.
