Payment Terms:
Payment is due prior to the scheduled transport date. All invoices must be settled to confirm transportation services.
Shipper/Client Responsibilities:
Shipment Readiness: It is the responsibility of the shipper/client to ensure the shipment is prepared and ready for pick-up at the agreed time.
Driver Requirements: Unless otherwise specified and documented, all shipments are considered "driver no-touch freight."
Loading/Unloading: The shipper/client is responsible for coordinating the loading and unloading of freight.
Commodity Safety: The commodity must be safe, secure, and properly packaged for transport, in compliance with all transport regulations.
Additional Charges:
Waiting Time: If the driver arrives on-site and the commodity is not ready, a waiting fee of $100 per hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellation Fees: If the transport is canceled after the truck has been dispatched or upon driver arrival at the pick-up location, a $450 cancellation fee will apply.
