  • These Vaccines for Children (VFC) clinics are for children 18 years of age and younger with NO insurance OR who are eligible for or on Badger Care/Medicaid needing ANY routine/seasonal vaccination, including flu and COVID.

    For adults without insurance needing flu vaccines, we do have a limited supply. For adults without insurance needing other vaccines, please visit N.E.W. Community Clinic at https://www.newcc.health/.

    For children and adults WITH insurance, please see your primary care provider or local pharmacy for vaccinations.

    Routine Child Vaccines (Birth-18 years old for uninsured/under insured):

    • Dtap/Tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis)
    • HPV (human papillomavirus)
    • Hepatitis A
    • Hepatitis B
    • Hib (haemophilus influenzae type B)
    • Meningitis/meningococcal groups A,C,W, and Y
    • Meningitis/meningococcal group B
    • Pneumococcal
    • Polio
    • Rotavirus
    • MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
    • Varicella (Chickenpox)

    Seasonal Child Vaccines AS SUPPLY ALLOWS (6 months-18 years old for uninsured/under insured): 

    • Influenza (flu)
    • COVID (2024–2025 Moderna) 
    • RSV

  • De Pere Health Department does not bill insurance and can only administer state supplied vaccines to specific populations.  

    These Vaccines for Children (VFC) clinics are meant for children 18 years of age and younger needing ANY routine/seasonal vaccination with NO insurance or who are eligible for/on Badger Care.

    We are also able to administer flu vaccine to adults (19+) without insurance.

  • Recommended vaccines will be determined by the nurse based on availability, age, and previous vaccines received as indicated in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). Vaccine information sheets (VIS) for each recommended vaccine will be provided at the appointment for the patient/parent to review.  

    If you/your child has received vaccines outside of Wisconsin that may not be in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR), please bring or send your/your child's records to De Pere Health Dept prior to your appointment(deperehealth@deperewi.gov).
