Although there is no application fee at this time, to support keeping the doors open, community programing and accessibility to this artist-run art space we do charge a fee if accepted. Ranging from $150-$300 with a sliding scale option.

  • Solo Exhibition Booking Contract & Key Information/Dates

    Exhibition at The 109 Gallery
    June 27th, 2026 - April 11, 2026. ( 4 weeks) 
    Booking Fee Suggestion: 150 - 300 ( small fee to cover logistical costs and reception) 
     

    Artwork Drop-off: Works delivered by mail or in person, by agreed upon date before opening night, preferred no less than 3-4 days prior.  Mailed work must be shipped to arrive no less than a week and half prior to opening. 

    Exhibition Dates: Opening Reception June 27th , 2026, 6-9pm ( other daytime opening festivities optional and open) 

     

    Exhibition Duraiton: June 27th-July 11th ( 4 weeks ) 

     

    Closing Reception: July 11th or other agreed upon time/date


    Deinstallation & Pickup or Mailed: July 12th or other, 2026 (Sunday–Monday, 10 AM–6 PM or prearranged time).

    We will prepare a press release on our end, social media campaigns, labels, buyer sheet, and other possible materials to promote and share the exhibition as the gallery sees needed, email invitations to our buyer and art supporter base as needed, and other items as agreed upon with artist(s). 
    Special or other installation needs submitted before or by (Due May 1, 2026)

    Example: Projectors for video art (specific non-gallery options must be provided by artist), special instructions for hanging non-traditional works (unusual hooks, wire, care needs, resource needs, etc). 

  • Artist Agreement, Exhibition Contract & Liability Waiver
    The 109 Gallery

    This agreement outlines the terms between The 109 Gallery LLC ("The 109 Gallery") and the participating Artist, regarding consignment, exhibition, and sale of artwork.

    Purpose & Scope
    The Artist agrees to consign their work ("Artwork") to The 109 Gallery for the purpose of display, promotion, and potential sale during the exhibition period. No other use of the Artwork will occur without the Artist’s written consent.

    Consignment Terms & Commission
    The Gallery will retain a 40% commission on all sales, and collect and remit Georgia sales tax. The Artist will receive payment via prefered payment method ( check, venmo, paypal, other) payment is after the show concludes and buyer payments are finalized. Other Payment arrangements such as day of sale and removal of artwork by buyer may also occur with agreement ahead of time. 

    Delivery & Pick-Up
    The Artist agrees to deliver or ship Artwork by the designated dates (listed separately). Unsold works must be picked up or return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the Artist. Artists should confirm their preferred drop-off/pick-up timeframe or notify the Gallery if alternate arrangements are needed.

    Shipping Responsibilities & Information
    The Artist is fully responsible for all shipping, insurance, and packing costs, as well as any risk of loss or damage during transit.  Artists must include a pre-paid return label with any shipped work. .

    Photography & Promotion
    The Artist retains all reproduction rights. The 109 Gallery may photograph the work  for promotional purposes (social media, press, website). The Artist will always be credited unless otherwise requested.

    Insurance & Liability
    While we take care to protect all artwork, The 109 Gallery is not liable for loss or damage during the exhibition. Artists are encouraged to provide their own insurance if desired.

    Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
