Ready Set Tennis Host Application
Please note that to hold a Ready Set Tennis clinic a minimum of 6 players will need to be registered. If less than 6 are registered we will either refund their money or move them to a later clinic.

If 6 people are registered the host will receive $400 for a four week session. Each additonal player is $65 until 6 more players are reached.

If a pro is to be directly paid, then a W-9 must be completed and returned to jerriec@alabamata.com in order to receive payment. We can also pay a facility or CTA.
