    If your organization would like to have a flyer posted on our community bulletin board, fill out the form below and a member of our team will contact you within 2-3 business days.
  • Submission Requirements:

    • Flyer Format:
      • The flyer must be 8.5 x 11 inches in PDF format.
    • Content:
      • The flyer should include the name of your organization and contact information (for guests to inquire further).
    • Text on the flyer must read:
      "This activity is not a sponsored activity by the Wheeling Park District."
    • If approved, the flyer will be promoted for up to 30 days. 

    Approval and Disclaimer:

    • Selection for inclusion on the bulletin board is not guaranteed and is at the discretion the Wheeling Park District.
    • The Wheeling Park District assumes no liability for submitted materials.

    Liability and Indemnification:

    • By submitting your materials, you fully release the Wheeling Park District, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from your event.

    Participation Criteria:
    To ensure that all submissions align with the values of the Wheeling Park District, please review the following guidelines:

    • Prohibited Content: The Wheeling Park District will not accept flyers or promotions that contain:
      • False, misleading, or deceptive content
      • Unlawful goods, services, or conduct
      • Obscenity, profanity, or vulgarity
      • Libelous speech or copyright infringement
      • Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or medical marijuana
      • Firearms or violence
      • Political campaigns or support for political candidates
      • Religious or philosophical content
      • Adult-oriented services or goods
      • Promotion of bigotry, prejudice, or hate

    Eligibility:

    • Community organizations must be local, non-profit, or government agencies with a mission that does not conflict with the values of the Wheeling Park District.
    • Participation is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited based on availability and the discretion of the Wheeling Park District.
    • The Park District reserves the right to refuse participation for organizations with conflicting goals, or those promoting competing programs and facilities.
    • The Wheeling Park District has the right to revise or reject any materials that do not meet the mechanical or content requirements.

    The Park District reserves the right to terminate any promotion if the guidelines are violated.

  • I understand that upon submittal of form I acknowledge that they will be the property of the Wheeling Park District to be used for marketing purposes. Further the Wheeling Park District assumes no liability for submitted materials. I understand selection to participate is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Wheeling Park District. Applicant hereby fully releases and discharges the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss, which he/she or the organization or company they represent may have or which may accrue to them in connection with the submitted materials. Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses, but not limited to the general public, which may arise or may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in connection with the participation in the submitted material. I have read the above and agree to comply with the guidelines.
