    Vendor Information and Agreement


    Finances:

    Payment must accompany a Vendors registration.

    The Vendor fee for 1 booth is $500 and $800 for Double booth if paid by Check.

    Checks should be made payable to: Border States Sports LLC

    Booth assignments will be made on 1st come 1st serve basis. NO phone reservations.

    Cancellations:

    Prior to June 1, 2025:

         Vendor may receive a refund of booth fee, less $80 service charge

    After June 1 and prior to June 16, 2025,

         Vendor will receive up to $200.

    No refunds after June 17, 2025

    Large Equipment:

    For those Vendors with oversized equipment, please contact Downstream Casino to verify door entrance an elevator dimensions. When shipping items to Downstream for the Border States Summit, Contact Jason Zurba at 918-919-6000 for more specific details.


    Additional Summit Information:

    *All Vendors will receive an Identification badge at the Doug Killgore registration table. They will be furnished at no charge and should be worn during the Summit.


    *The Downstream Casino will be providing security for the Vendor Hall and Pavilion. The Summit is not liable for lost or stolen merchandise.

    Vendors Registration Form

    Contract Due Date:

    Contract must be received by June 15th, 2025, to secure your booth space.  Space is provided on a first come, first served basis.  Vendors will be assigned a space number and notified of such number by around July 10,2025.
